Frequently Asked Questions

We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. 

 

 Is this a subscription box?

No, this isn’t a monthly or subscription box. This is what we call a “one time box” that we will release every 2/3 months.

When will boxes ship?

We will begin shipping boxes as soon as books arrive. Since printers are taking longer to print, shipping might be slower. We anticipate for boxes to ship one month after preorder is closed. 

When will we find out the trope/author and see the cover for the upcoming box?

We will reveal the trope a month before pre-order goes live. The author and cover reveal will be revealed a week before the pre-order goes live.

What will be in the box? 

Each box will contain TWO books. The book will be a special edition cover. Each box will contain an exclusive swag item.

Will my item be secured once it's added on the Shopify cart?

NO! Please know that item can be taken off your cart if not purchased before the item sells out.  

Will you reprint?

We will not be reprinting any books at the moment. 

Can I purchase more than one box?

No! Since boxes are super limited we are not allowing multiple orders. If we see multiple orders for one person, we will cancel your order. 

Does The Bookaholic Book Box ship Internationally?

We are shipping international, please note that shipping might be high. We have no control over that. If you prefer to use a 3rd party company, such as Stackry or Comgateway, we can work with that. Please keep in mind, we are NOT liable for how they ship the boxes. We are also NOT responsible for any import fees, VAT fees. If the package is returned to us, due to lack of payment of VAT/customs, the customer is responsible for reshipment. We will not refund.

Lost or Stolen Package?

You will always get a tracking number. Once the box is dropped off at the post office, we are not liable for it anymore. It is out of our hands.

If your tracking number show that the package is missing, please reach out to us within two weeks. However, if your tracking number showed that it's delivered, we can’t do anything about it. It’s ineligible for a refund or replacement. You can reach out to your local post office and see what they can do.

If you provide a wrong address and the package is already delivered, it’s ineligible for a refund or replacement.

An item is missing from my box?

Oops. We are all humans, and make mistakes. Please email us within 10 days of delivery, and we will try to send it out to you as soon as we can. Please include a photo of the things that you received in the box.

Returns/Refunds/Exchanges?

There will be no returns/refunds/exchanges for any of the items/boxes. They're final sale.

Damaged books/items?

We will protect the book as best as we can, but we totally understand that anything can happen during shipping. Please head over to the Damaged/ Dents books tab to know more about out damaged and replacements.
