Damaged / Dents books
We try our best to protect the books as much as we can, but we totally understand that anything can happen during shipping. Do know that once the boxes are dropped off at the post office, we are not liable for it anymore.
What we consider as Damages Books and will replace:
• Extremely dents that affects the ability to display
• Pages that are ripped
• Missing pages
What we DO NOT considered as Damages Books and will NOT replace:
• Interior color does not fully filled up the page
• small dents corners
• creasing on the book spine
• light scratches
• Stenciled Edges are blurry
We will require you to submit it within 7 days once you received your package with pictures.
Damaged items will be reviewed as a case by case bases.
*Secondhand purchases WILL NOT be replaced.*
