Damaged / Dents books
We try our best to protect the books as much as we can, but we totally understand that anything can happen during shipping. Do know that once the boxes are dropped off at the post office, we are not liable for it anymore.
What we consider as Damages Books and will replace:
• Extremely dents that affects the ability to display
• Pages that are ripped
• Missing pages
What we DO NOT considered as Damages Books and will NOT replace:
• Interior color does not fully filled up the page
• small dents corners
• creasing on the book spine
• light scratches
• Stenciled Edges are blurry
Damage claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery to the shipping address on your order and must include a video.
Damaged items will be reviewed as a case by case bases. If it's considered damaged, you will be asked to destroy the book or send it back to us. You must do this within 4 days of receiving approval or you will no longer receive a replacement.
*Secondhand purchases WILL NOT be replaced.*
